Britain’s Christopher Emms and Spain’s Alejandro Cao De Benos, allegedly labored with Virgil Griffith, to illegally present cryptocurrency and blockchain expertise providers to North Korea, in response to the US lawyer’s workplace of the Southern District of New York.
It comes as Griffith, 39, was not too long ago jailed for 5 years for serving to the North Korean regime evade US sanctions imposed over its nuclear weapons programme.
The indictment alleges that the pair conspired with Griffith from about 2018 as much as about November 2019.
