Not all of FTX's former prime executives will go to jail.

Former FTX Chief Expertise Officer Gary Wang was spared jail time right now by U.S. District Choose Lewis Kaplan. Choose Kaplan praised Mr. Wang's cooperation with federal authorities. Wang testified in opposition to former FTX founder and CEO Sam Bankman Fried in a trial final fall.

Mr. Wang pleaded responsible to 4 felony counts of fraud and conspiracy.

Former FTX CEO Bankman Fried was sentenced to 25 years in jail final 12 months and appealed in September. Caroline Ellison, the previous CEO of FTX's Alameda Analysis, was sentenced to 2 years in jail in September.

FTX and Alameda filed for Chapter 11 chapter safety in November 2022 following buyers' hoarding of FTX's property and revelations of fraud on the firm.
