Monero project together with BCOS Village is gearing up to go live at the advancing DEFCON 2018 event in Las Vegas. DEF CON 26 is a cybersecurity conference and is popularly known to be one of the largest congregations based on hacking. The event has seen its inception way back in June, 1993. BCFocus has reported about Monero that even in Trans- Siberian Train this cryptocurrency is accepted for purchasing beer.
The attendees at this event range from diversifying sectors including journalists, lawyers and employees of federal government. This clearly suggests that the attendees are not confined to the domain of hacking. However, these hackers have inclination towards software, hardware and phone architecture.
This is, indeed, for the first time that DEFCON 26 would witness BCOS Village and Monero project to co-organise the village space. The initiative is dedicated to the domain of Blockchain along with Cryptocurrency Security. With the advancement of the event, it is gradually garnering the attention of crypto enthusiasts, in general and supporters of Monero project, in particular.
The scheduled date for the event is from 10th August to 12th August, 2018. The event would be organising workshops, deliberations and discussions, live demonstrations of modern gadgets and wallets along with contests. In this event, all the panel discussions and deliberations would particularly revolve around the domain of cryptocurrency, Monero project and blockchain technology.

BCOS Village and Monero Project
BCOS Village or Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Open Security Village is an endeavour towards the creation of a prosperous community.
