				                                On Monday afternoon Starmount football player, Denver Stokes, signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at Catawba College. Stokes was a 6’4 defensive lineman for the Rams. He was named All Conference for his junior and senior years. Joining Stokes at the signing were, front row from left, Houston Stokes, Julia Stokes, Denver Stokes, and Mark Stokes. Back row, coach Cole Patterson, coach Kris Allen, Principal Tracy Kimmer, coach Chris Brown, and head football coach Sandy Grinton.

On Monday afternoon Starmount soccer participant, Denver Stokes, signed his Nationwide Letter of Intent to play soccer at Catawba Faculty. Stokes was a 6’4 defensive lineman for the Rams. He was named All Convention for his junior and senior years.
