U.S. Division of Justice indicts two males for hacking Mt Gox

The U.S. Division of Justice not sealed The corporate is submitting fees in opposition to two males concerned in a $400 million hack into the previous Mt. Gox alternate. In line with the announcement, 43-year-old Alexei Bilyuchenko and 29-year-old Alexander Werner conspired to launder 647,000 bitcoins (BTC) they hacked the alternate’s servers and stole from Mt Gox.

Bilyuchenko can be charged with conspiring to function the BTC-e alternate. closed in 2017 as a result of suspicion of cash laundering.
