Arthur Madrid, co-founder and CEO of Metaverse Mission The Sandbox, was the sufferer of a Twitter account hack on Could 26, based on a submit from Madrid that seems to have been made after recovering his account. The attackers allegedly used a Madrid account to advertise a bogus “airdrop” phishing rip-off.
In a Madrid submit, he urged sandbox customers to “promote Airdrops or URLs and by no means click on on hyperlinks that look fraudulent. Additionally, use our correct and distinctive URL/area identify http: Do not use //sandbox.sport 100%.”
