In response to a courtroom order issued on Thursday, June 29, the U.S. Securities and Alternate Fee (SEC) will launch its response to Coinbase’s preliminary authorized protection on July 13.
In its authorized submitting, the SEC stated: It has been submitted Ask the courtroom for an extension of three working days. The extension was supposed to offer the SEC enough time to organize a response to the letter filed by her Coinbase (NASDAQ:) defendant. Defendants agreed to the request.
