US FSC Chairman Focuses on Regulatory Clarification for Cryptocurrency and Stablecoin Ecosystems

Rep. Patrick McHenry, chairman of the Home Monetary Providers Committee (FSC), unveiled the markup for laws aimed toward clarifying the regulation of the digital asset ecosystem.

The committee will meet on July 26 to mark up HR 4763, the Monetary Innovation and Expertise Act for the twenty first Century. HR 4766, Clarification Act for Stablecoin Funds of 2023. HR 1747, Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act, and so forth.
